2. Information on this website
2.1 This website gives general information about Freespace, the Callisto aircraft, Juno and our services. It is not an offer, a quote or professional advice.
2.2 Published specifications are stated under defined conditions. Actual performance depends on payload, configuration, environment and the regulatory requirements that apply to your operation. Specifications are not a warranty of performance.
2.3 Images marked "Render" are illustrations, not photographs.
2.4 Products, modules, specifications and availability may change without notice. Please confirm any detail with us in writing before you rely on it.
3. Build your Callisto
3.1 Build your Callisto is a planning tool. It gives us context about your operation before our first conversation.
3.2 It does not produce a price, a quote, an offer or a reservation, and it does not create a contract. Every configuration is subject to confirmation by Freespace and to the regulatory and export requirements that apply.
4. No sales through this website
4.1 Nothing can be bought through this website. Any supply by Freespace is made under a written quote and the terms of sale provided with it. Those terms, not these, govern the supply.
5. Export controls
5.1 This website is intended to contain only information that Freespace has approved for public release.
5.2 Every Callisto supplied outside Australia, in any configuration, is subject to Australian export controls and requires export approval.
5.3 Nothing on this website, including any document you download from it, is a licence, permit or authorisation to export, re-export or transfer any goods, software or technology.
5.4 You are responsible for complying with the export, import and sanctions laws that apply to you. We may ask for information about end use and end users, and we may decline an enquiry, to meet our own obligations.
6. Information you send us
6.1 Please do not send confidential, commercially sensitive, classified or export-controlled information through a form on this website or by email. If an enquiry needs that information, tell us and we will arrange a suitable channel and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement.
6.2 Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, information you send through this website, other than personal information, is not treated as confidential. If you send us an idea or proposal, we have no obligation to you in respect of it, and we remain free to develop similar ideas independently.

8.4 You may view this website, and download or print its content, including specification sheets, for your own evaluation of Freespace products, provided you do not modify it or remove any notice. Any other use, reproduction or distribution needs our written consent. You must not present content from this website as your own.
